Our CompanyBSC Consulting Engineers is a general civil and structural engineering consultancy practice.
Based in Melbourne’s North East, we service the Melbourne metropolitan area, country Victoria and develop engineering projects throughout Australia.
BSC Consulting Engineers was established in 1971 under the direction of founder Harry Carlin-Smith.
Our architectural design division was formed in 1973, becoming known as A1 Drafting in 1989.
Over the past 38 years, BSC and A1 Drafting have completed thousands of commissions, covering a broad spectrum of civil, structural and architectural projects.
